Toco Moss is a smooth, thick nutritious natural sea moss origination from gelidiu, serrulatum species harvested on the rocks of Toco in Trinidad & Tobago. Unlike other sea mosses, the Gelidium species’ agar has the highest gel strength in the world and this is what makes toco moss’s sea moss the most superior species to others. The Gelidium specie mainly grows on rocks and is also less salted than other sea moss species.

Overview:

Covid-19 Information: Our couriers offer contact-free deliveries. Physical contact is strictly not permitted. 

Gnie-Mart has a 21 day non-dispute return and refund policy. We hope you fall in love with our vendors’ products, as we have a strict quality assurance policy. However, if you are not satisfied with a product which you have purchased, you got 21 days in which you must return the item to the vendor’s address otherwise, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Always take a photo of item to be refunded and forward to admin via email to avoid further disputes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or in a packaging the keeps the product in its original state as when it was delivered. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased. Note further, refund is an obligation of the vendor and may vary from island to island, depending on the vendor’s countries’ consumer regulations.

How Refunds Are Issued:

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an instant refund option.

If you want to use your refund without waiting for us to process your return, you can select the instant refund option, if available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as part of Gnie-Mart return policy relating to your items, within 28 days.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. In cases where a refund is not processed instantly, we will issue the refund, for a product shipped by Gnie-Mart, within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with an automated e-mail. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement, within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued. You will also receive an e-mail once the refund is issued with further details. Gnie-Mart may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return or consulting the vendor.

Non-Returning Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as meat, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Further, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold and/or Fulfilled by Gnie-Mart that is either incorrect, damaged, defective, or doesn’t match its description, we’ll either offer you the option to return the product via a prepaid carrier option, or, if that’s not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please contact gnie-mart to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred.
